Hi there!!

From now on, you need to update your bookmarks, I have changed the blog to a new one. Since Leaonna and I were Scrapoholic Designs TOGETHER I decided that I should start something on my own too, like she did with Busyscrappin.
So I am now opening Nezzi Designs.

New QP freebie for you!

Ok, so I will tell you a little secret.
I made a new kit, and you're getting a taste of it if you grab the Quickpage I made you from it!
I also made a new preview of the Sunkissed Love kit, since I'm gonna sell it and the new kit that I call Woman In Me, in Leaonna's store, but under another name!
I'm changing, like I said earlier, because Scrapoholic Designs are me AND Leaonna together, while she has Busyscrappin on her own, and well... i decided to become Nezzi Designs! Nezzi came from a little bit of playing around with the names of our animals.. Nemo and Zita.

Busy as a bee today!

Hi!
Wow am I happy today!! My bestie Leaonna has helped me out BIG BIG time, she helped me restore my actions, stles and more CU stuff, so I actually made an entire kit today, and it was SOOOO much FUN!
*doing the happy dork dance over here..*
I also made you guys a little freebie, a QP to pop your frindship pictures into!
The theme of the kit, that I call Sunkissed Love, btw, is friendship and love, and that's because I'm blessed to have as many great friends as I do, and I also wanna take the oppurtunity to THANK YOU ALL for being so kind and helping, not to mention supportive!
It means the world to me, and I'm so happy for all the emails, PM:s and other ways you showed me some love. I just hope I can do the same to you some time.

Hey there people!
Boy have I missed blogging!!
I am FINALLY getting back on track, I got the CS3 back, and I am now hunting for some tools to make cute stuff with, and so far I have ran into some really nice places..
As I start my post, I have decided two things. One, I will leave you a freebie, I just haven't made it just yet..*lmao* but I will, and it will be available once this post is published, even though it will probably take me hours to finish it all up. But it is SO worth it!!
My second decision is that I should start this post with my new AWARD that I got from Leaonna, thanks a lot hun, you're the sweetest!

There are some rules for this award, to keep it going, I need to nominate some other blogs, and this time, the magic number is 7. So here are my 7 blogs that I love.
1. Jeanie from Scrapdoctor Designs is a talented designer and she gives away really cute freebies from time to time too! She inspires me, and that's why I want her to have this award, PLUS I love the look of her blog!

That's it, that's all the nominees I have this time. I tried to have a look around and get some new names, I feel like I keep giving stuff to the same ones all the time..*lol* and I think that's not the way it should be, but to show the way to some other people that deserve some aprecciation. At least that's the way I try to do it..*lmao*

Well, I've been making something or you during the day *see, it took me the entire day to get started again, I knew it!! *
and here's what I made from some of it.. I moved, and there's a few things I miss a lot. Here's a lo showing two of them.

Here I am...

Hi all!!
Ok, so I have been a BAAAAAD blogger/designer, and I'm sorry. There has been a lot to think about, and I also lost all of my designing material, such as actions, styles, templates and clipart and so on, so I need to go collecting some new stuff before I give you some new stuff..
I also lost my CS3 so I can't even scrap!!! *SAD* But I will have Peter reinstall it soon enough, when ever he gets a chance.. he too has a ton of things to do, so for STELLA: we will take the entire site away, including your stuff, so don't worry, ok?
Things will get a new look and a more personal content will be added... As soon as we have got our stuff in order!!
But I can show you some pics from our first time here, we go ourselves a new little furbaby.. a kitten called Zita!! Here she is:
Cute, huh? *lol*
She has been here for three days, and is starting to get aloing just fine with Nemo. He's a true gentleman, and won't move or look her in the eyes unless she comes to him first. And they look really cute together.. this pic was taken earlier today, sorry for the red eyes, but like I said, I don't have any cs3 to fix it right now.. *lol*

We have also been shopping a little.. got ourselves some furniture for the bigger one of our two balconys, so we can sit outside and eat or take a cup of coffee or anything we like.. here it is:
Lucas loves to have the big balcony to play at, and since the furniture we got is made of plasic, they can be outside all year around wich is great! These are very popular in sweden by the way.. We got some blue chairs for the smaller balcony too, but we need to take away some stuff and get it "done" before I show you ;o)
We also invested in some entertainment for the entire family three days ago.. we bought ourselves a Nintendo WII and a Nintendo DS White too.. plus some games.
And as if that's not enough, we also bought a new kitchen table and chairs to go with it, a new lamp over that table, a new bed and some other furniture for Lucas' room.. and some are still not put up yet..*lol*
Peter's money are flying like birds his month!! But it's all investments, he says, so I guess it's ok...

He is starting a new daycare right now too, and it's SOOO close!! He took a pic of it from our big balcony.. here it is!

I thought the daycare he had before was close, took about 2 minutes to get there.. but this is plain silly.. haha.
Anyway.. I need to check out what Lucas is doing, sounds like it's something unallowed.. but now you know I'm planning to get back. I miss you all!!

Finally moved in!!

Hey there..
So I'm finally ready moving in. Or well, we haven't unpacked and finished it upp, but at least we moved the main stuff, just need to clean out the old apt and get settled here. Lots of things to do still, but at least I wanted to say hi again!
I am kinda tired and won'tbe around very much for a while more, but please be patient, I will come back within a week or so i think..
We're all fine, and liking it here so far, but I do wish we had less stuff, hahaha.
Well.. I need to go back to unpacking before Peter gets home from work, we're gonna make some huge changes here tonight finally, we've been gone every night so far, so this is going to be some fun, getting the drapes up, move the furniture to where they´re supposed to be and so on.

Running out of time all the time..

Hi all.

I know I've been away a lot lately, but that's because there's like a zillion things to do all the time.
I have started my serious packing, and I need to get rid of some of my furniture if we're gonna fit into the new place..*lol*
It's just this weekend and then the next one we're going!! I'm so excited!!!
That's pretty much why I have been a bad blogger and designer and all.. Not enough time and/or energy right now. No inspiration either really. I have made ONE layout since my last post.. that's some kind of a record for me.. in being lazy. But here it is..

This is Lucas helping out with the packing. Or not..*lol* I made it from my kit Pretty Polly and added the arrow from the Song Of Joy Kit. Nothing fancy, but at least a layout!

I have been thinking long and hard, and I think I will have to say I'm going on vacation as a designer for a couple of weeks. Being a designer means you have to feel inspired and find the time to create stuff, and I don't really feel like it at all. I am too involved in other things IRL right now.
I will contribute to the monthly CT collab from June aka Cen's stuff, around august 10th or so, but that's it really.. I need to focus on my other things, and I really hope to get my inspiration back. I hope everyone understands.

Been scrapping some more :o)

Hi all.

I have been "on and off" scrapping lately, but tonight I found the cure to make me become a true scrapoholic again..*lol*
Templates!
I found a blog with lots of pretty templates, and grabbed some, and here's the results:

This is Lucas playing Mingolf for the 2nd time ever, and he made several hole in ones!! And just look how happy he was!! We had a lot of fun, that's for sure :o)
I made everything on the lo myself, but the template gave me the basic shapes.

Here's one I made from the CT collab from Cen's Loft plus a little CT gift June made us, some nice papers. The horse is the one that was supposed to be called Tindra (Sparkle) but the owners had a change of mind, and now she's called Pärla (Pearl) instead.
She was about 48 hours old at this pic.

And last but not least, here's a pic of me and Hera last saturday, Peter took the pic.
I made the things here too, except for the flower overlay, that was included in the template.

A great weekend!

HI all,

I hope you've had a great weekend. I did! I took Hera for her show, and she behaved SOOOO much better than last year, and she did better too!
She got a higher score, and a breeding diploma, meaning that any foal she gives birth to, is worth a lot more money. Her owners were happy, and so was I.
Peter, Lucas and I also had a fun night last friday, playing minigolf, and guess who won? Lucas!! He made not one but two hole in ones!! At age 2,5.. Am I raising a new Tiger Woods here? *lol*
Anyway, I made some lo's.. here they are.

First out is Nemo and the ball.. kit used is Pretty Polly plus Song Of Joy recolored.
Pic taken last friday.

And this is just a simple thing I made for Hera's owners website. I made the frame and the text and will make a new kit with the frame included.
Sorry it's in swedish ;o)
But this is what she looked like winning her diploma yesterday!!

I'm supposed to describe me in 6 words... I choose...

-Stubborn. I am never giving up, for good and bad.
-Caring. I care about people, maybe a little bit TOO much sometimes, I don't know..*lol*

-Creative. I love to be creative, taking pics, designing, making lo's, writing, drawing.. anything!
-Mom. I have a son, Lucas. He wasn't expected, not even wanted to be honest. But he's learned me a lot of things about myself, so I feel blessed to have him. And I love being his mom!
- Strong. I have been thru WAY too much stuff, and I have a secret id here in Sweden. But no matter how much I've been thru, I'm still alive and I never thought I would even be alive at this point, so I consider myself pretty strong nowadays ;o)

Got into a scrapping mood :o)

Hey all..
I thought I'd show off my latest layouts, here they are!

This was made from some of Karels different kits, but the main theme and idea came from a kit she made that is called Aches and Pains.
She changed her address from craftyaccents.com to Arts andScraps.com and it's a great site!!
The pic of Lucas is taken today, July 2nd. He fell on a chair, and I bet he was pretty lucky not to stick his eye out and get away with just the black eye.. I may have to write that this is the only pic I have where the blac eye even showed a little, and I used the burn tool to make it look darker so it would be visible.. I wanted to use the kit from Karel but had no other wounds and stuff to scrap.. so I used the pic I had, and made it look darker than it really is. Here's a pic of what Lucas REALLY looks like today..

See, same t-shirt, same hair, I made it look worse on purpose.. he's not abused.. just wanna clarify that, ok?

Here is a layout I just made, using some of the items in the upcoming kit Pretty Polly. It's not finished yet, but it's getting there, hehe..

Pat F. wrote to me on 4shared, and since I love reading your comments, I decided to respond. Here's what she wrote:

First of all, thank YOU Pat, for taking the time and effort to write such a long note while waiting for the link to appear.

It has been said before, and I will say it again.. The comments and thank you's that a designer gets, is VERY OFTEN what keeps her/him going. At least as far as I know, I myself get a HUGE kick out of reading your comments and even emails, and of course not all can be at the same page at all times, so I can see how some of my "fans" ( I know I have some, thank you all of you!!) likes my work in GENERAL, but not ALL of it. And that's ok. Absolutely!!
Even I myself doesn't like all of my kits and freebies a little while after I made it. How about that? *lol*

When it comes to designers "fading".. I can see how some people"give up" if they don't get comments and feedback on their work, I have had some lack of inspiration-times myself, and it's always so much easier to get back on track if you have ideas and comments to help you out. That's why I LOVE chatting with Leaonna for example. That is one extraordinary woman when it comes to motivation!! We chat, and create at the same time, and as we see each others creations, we get inspiration for our own kits as well!
But a simple comment saying "How about a boxer kit" or "I'd love a more grungy feel over your kits sometime" can make me think in different directions!!

This is just my way of responding to Pat's comment. I do read all of them, and I love it, but you do not need to comment unless you want to, but I think it's nice and I aprecciate it a lot.

I also wanna say this:
If there is anyone out there that feel they want my kits for free instead of buying them please email me, you will get them in exchange for some layouts with proper credits. (2 a kit) I have understood that there are people that want the kits but can't really afford buying them, and since I'm not in this for the money, I can give them away if I get proper credit and feedback on the kits.
I am still new to designing, and have a lot to learn, and any feedback will be HIGHLY APRECCIATED!!!

New releases, feeling better, and layouts!

Hey there, it's been a while, and I'm sorry for not being around as much as I used to.. I guess life is kinda hectic IRL right now, but I finally am starting to feel a bit better, and I've been visiting the horses I work with, even though I wasn't able to ride or do too much, I took some cute pics of the new members in the horse family, Kelly and Tindra.
Kelly is four months old, but Tindra is just a week old counting today.
Here's a layout I did with Kelly:

I used my brand new kit Song of Joy to make the layout.

Here's one I made with Peter and Nemo on Mid Summer's Eve (Swedish tradition) 2008:

I used an upcoming kit and some of it is from my kit Micest Friends.

Here's another one I made from the upcoming kit, with Tindra on it:

The paper is the same, since I like the colors on it, hehe.. they seem to work with a lot of things!

My latest releases then.
I have stopped selling in the Scrapitsassy store, since I felt kinda stressed out, so all of my new kits will always be added to the Shopbusyscrappin store first of all.. I haven't had the oppurtunity to add these just yet, but I will within about 24 hours!

Wednesday freebie and how sick am I REALLY?

Hey all,
I made you a tiny freebie for today, in lovely pastels, I can't stop making pastel things, haha.
I hope you like this too.. I had no real theme to go on, I just made some items.. it's glttery pastels and people seem to like both, so I hope I'm right!!
Me then.. I went to the doctor today, hoping to get some penicillin to cure my nasty flu.. that wasn't a flu. It is something called myocarditis, and all of a sudden there's the explanation of why I've been moping around here feeling half dead.. *lol*
Ok, so it's not serious, but if I don't take it easy it might GET serious. According topeople that should know. I just say GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR. I don't have TIME to be sick. I want to be able to go to the stable and get Hera ready for the show on July 4th. PLUS I need to pack up some stuff too.. I have been putting that ahead of myself all the time because it's "boring". Well it is, but it's kinda exhausting too, at least right now.
So I guess I will be "stuck" here or in bed. End of story.
Oh well, things could be worse. so I'll stop complaining and show you the goodies I made you, here you are:

Ok, so I have been away again, but I'm SICK this time.. but I forced myself to go to the stable with Peter last saturday, and we took some pics of a new member of the horse family.. Her mommy is called Grace, and her father is called Ellabron, Tella is her half sister.. Here is Kelly!

What's to come.. and a lo!

Hmm, I am forgetting like a zillion things right now.. I made a layout a couple of nights ago using some items I made, and I was too tired to post then, and decided to do it the next day. Hahahaa. As you can see I forgot. But all of asudden I remembered it now, so here it is!

This is my neighbour Sarah and Lucas' best friend Darin. They are both super sweet and I will miss them SO much when we move...
But I hope to find some new interesting friends too, of course ;o)

The backgrund paper is from an upcoming kit I started, it looks like this so far:

I don't have a name for this kit yet.. if you have a suggestion, just shout, ok? It's a best friends theme, and it has mice in it..*lol*

I'm also making a kit I call Song Of Joy (ok, I took the name from a horse I used to have that wore the colors I used in the kit on her halter and rugs and well, everything. It's a "classic" horse item color combination at least here in Sweden ;o) Wine red and dark green plus some beige and white.. here's a temporary preview showing off what I made so far.

Hey all!
So I have been a bad blogger again.. I know, but at least I do bring some goodies once I DO get here *lol*
This last week has been insanely hot, summer has arrived once and for all, trust me,
and I'm not all into summer, at least not the SUPER HOT days..
I prefer to put on LOTS of clothes and freeze at winter, rather than strip it all off and STILL be all swetty.. yak! *lmao* But I guess I should be grateful, since the nights are SUPER nice, and of course, Lucas loves to go swimming.
We live on a five minute walking distance from a lake, so I guess there's no reason for me NOT to take him there, huh? And so I did today. And he LOVED it!

I'm glad I can stay at home tomorrow, all this sun makes me feel bad for staying indoors...*lol* but I desperately need to catch up on my scrapping and designing, but also the PACKING.
I still love the Fly Lady concept, and it's really nice to see things go, but it takes a lot of time.. ;o)
Anyway, I have learned from earlier that when I DO have time to be at the computer, I try to make some items to give away later on, and I did make some QP's a while ago. And here they are!!
(sorry i have no preview, take it as a grab bag with QP's, hehe. )

So sorry I haven't been around..

Hi all,
I know, I'm a baaad blogger/designer/scrapper right now, but I have got TONS of things to clean out before we move, and I also need to buy some new stuff for the new place.. we are gonna have some new types of windows,they're called bay windows I think. But we don't have it in this apt, so we have to fix some drapes and things for those, for example.
I've been to IKEA this weekend with Peter, and we got some new stuff, and last week I threw away three, almost four garbage sacks filled with old toys, too small clothes, trash and magazines and so on.. It's a work in progress, let me tell you this is NOT gonna be ready in a day or two..*lol* too much junk, that's what I have.. for sure!
I have found a swedish forum that lead me to the site Flylady.net and I started to use her way of doing things, since they kinda makes sense to me, and one important step for her is to "shine the zink". I was kind of sceptical at first, but then I was like "ok, I'll give it a shot", and I took some before and after pics and I scrapped them with a kit from Karel!
Here it is:

I used her kit Ladybug Love to make this laout. I decided to play with words a little bit, since I had no great pics to use with this kit..
What is fun with this cleaning thing I've got going is I all of a sudden started to take pics of my MESS. Let me tell you it's MESSY here. Or at least it used to be..*lol* but that's because I have been WAAAAY to much into the scrapping and designing, and I just ignored the growing mess, and now I finally took the time to get started. Can't sayI like it, but it's a LOT easier if you do it like Fly Lady says. In babysteps. 15 minutes at a time, a break and then 15 more minutes. Sounds really silly to a person like me, that likes to get it all done and BAM no more cleaning, but I realize that might cause a "crash and burn", and that's NOT something I have time to go thru..*lol*
Soo.. I try to make it little by little. And hopefully I will find som time and inspiration to get back to designing and scrapping soon too. Here's a little freebie anyway.. a little something to say I'm sorry.*lol*

Been Scrapping again..

Hi.. it's been a while since I posted lo's and I wish I would have had the time to do it earlier, but here you go, some new lo's I made from Karels Kits:

This was made from a kit called A beeutiful day.

And this one was made with a kit called A Garden Tribute. Enzo is a puppy that a friend of mine just bought.

I also scrapped a kit from Stellariffic Creatons that is now a designer in the Scrapoholic Designs Store!! Go there to have a look at her kits, they are pretty!
Here is what I made!!
The kit I used is called Sea of Stars.

I will make some more lo's and kits and freebies oo this week, it's been pretty busy since I started cleaning out closets, throwing away stuff and so on since we're moving august 1st.. and I HATE starting too late..*lol* I want it all DONE when it's time to move!!

Okay here is my 7 facts...
1. I love horses, dogs, cats and giraffes ;o)
2. My digiscrapping came out of the blue, because I was bored and found some swedish sites about it, but I never really thought I'd be able to scrap and design within months!!
3.I have started about 12 blogs, but this one is the one that has survived the longest alon with my old one, (where I still have a lot of freebies btw, Http://nexasblogg.blogspot.com
4. I used to work in Belgium and got to know the Norwegiean princess Märtha Louise, she was dating one of my bosses.
5.I hate waking up in the mornings, I'm always soooo tired. But most of my jobs has involved me getting up early in the morning, as early as 2.30 am..*lol*
6. I have been the very proud owner of no less than 14 cats!! (But some of them were Lazy's kittens) Here they are: Smurfen, Morris, Katitzi, Knasen, Zingo, Lizzie, Lazy, Zita, Dizzy, Cazino, Cazzandra, Tizzie, Tazzie, Tösen.
7.Once I got used to it, it was no biggie, but the very first time I got up on and started riding a horse called Lenaro, I was TERRIFIED that he would get hurt on injured. Why? Well, he took part in the Olympic Games of 2000 in Atlanta, and he was valued to about $3.8 millions!
And I didn't have the money to buy a replacement horse, haha. (He belonged to Märtha Louise in Belgium, and everyone called him Casper..)

Reader's Choice kit.

Hey all, I'm back and I bring a freebie, a big one!
I asked you last week to vote for your favorite palette, theme and style of a upcoming kit. There was a tie between two styles, so I made a combination and I came up with a kit on a housework theme with a touch of spring and family, while I was testing some new things.
I found myself developing my skills as a designer as I managed to make things I normally would have bought as actions, but now I made my own version of them ;o)
That's what took me so long, that I didn't use actions so much. But it was a lot of fun!!

I was pretty tired when I opened up my laptop today. No wonder, it was way past 1 am after I made the Mommys kiss sampler and posted it last night.
But then I opened the 4shared account, and read the comments on my latest freebies. And let me tell you, even though it may seem silly, your words of thanks and other comments, they make me all warm and fuzzy!! :o)
I still can't belive that people actually like the things I create, and that so many of you take the time to say thank you.
I used to be upset, like most designers may be from time to time, since "there are so few comments compared to the amount of downloads." Well, maybe so..

But hey, I have started to think of this matter in a little bit of a different way. I think like this:
Ok, so it takes me some time, effort and imagination to make a kit, a freebie or a sample or what ever. But I make it because it is a lot of fun, and that's the main reason I make my creations at all.
The fact that some other people out there likes it enough to even download it, is a compliment on its own!! But of course I have to agree it is a lot of fun to see who grabs it and to get the ability to get feedback and suggestions for new items, or to make something similar but with different text, like Rose who asked for a tag with another text for instance.
I may not have thought about adding that tag at all if she wouldn't have asked in her sweet little comment.

I enjoy reading your comments and I try to make the kind of items you want, but as I have said earlier, it's not always easy to know what people want. We're all different, and just because I like something doesn't mean you do, right?
Well, I just wanted you all to know how much this means to me.. I am VERY blessed and happy to have such nice people commenting and grabbing my creations, and also inspiring me to share new types if items. At least I try to :o)
I will keep sharing. No doubt. And I hope you will too!

I went over to the blog I love right now, Misty's blog, and she had a great idea back in 2006..*lol* as if she doesn't have great ones now? Sorry Misty, you do have great ones now too, but I'm thinking of the Reader's Choice!

I like the concept of the readers getting involved in the creating process, and so I think it's a great idea to ask you all this. If I give you some options, on themes, palettes, and styles, would you help me make a Reader's Choice Kit?
I'll add alternatives here saying A, B, C and then an alternative. Please pick a favorite, and post as a comment here, and I'll sum up the votes and make something. If you want special things, just write them too!
I'm not sure if you want in on this, but I'd LOVE it if you did, ok? The kit I make will then be named by you too, via a voting poll, and the person/name suggester that wins the most votes will recieve one kit for free, from my stores, how about that? All of you will be able to grab the kit we make as a FREEBIE for three days here before I add it to my stores. And I can tell you it won't be a small kit ;o)

Border things made from my CU grab bag

Hi!

I know, I got a little bit late making this post, but tiredness hit me last night, and I got to bed pretty early..or ok, at 1.20 am. But that is early for ME! This week I've been around until about 3.30 or 4 am every night, so I guess there's nothing strange about me being tired, since I do get up at 7 am again.. *lol*
Anyway, I was kinda busy last night, I had to make some layouts for Karel, and then I also made a new layout with something secret too. Well, the reason for the kit and where it'll be available is still a secret, but I can tell you it's a part of a collab kit. And I scrapped my own part.
I made lots of layouts last night, and during the day I also made a Commercial Use Grab Bag that I put in the Busyscrappin store. 13 CU items for you to play with as you wish, and no restrictions!
The value of this Grab Bag is $35, but you pay $6!!! That's a bargain, don't you think?
Even Leaonna had to agree it would be a little bit too cheap to make it $5, so she agreed to raise the price-roof in her store just for me, that's very sweet of her, thank you hun!

I have been wandering around the internet chasing for styles, actions and most of all, inspiration. And I have found my Guru..*lmao* or at least a very talented lady with a HUGE storage of imagination and sense for color combinations, pretty layouts and well, I think she's fantastic.

She also have a whole bunch of great designing tutorials, and that makes me really happy, Ive tried some of them and they are FABULOUS!! I made things that I would have bought actions to make just days ago, that's how easy it is ;o)
It's also very nice to read about her life and remember, I do it "backwards", since I first started at today and went back to older posts all the time. I am now in 2006..*lol*

The name of the lady? Misty Cato, I bet some of you already know of her, and as I understand she's pretty big in the digiscrap world, just like Hummie of Hummiesworld for the PSE designers or Bunny Cates at DSO.. But I have to say Misty is my all time favorite when it comes to inspiration. So if she ever reads this, a HUGE THANK YOU for bringing me ideas!

I look at other designers work and let them lead the way to how to make a kit; pricing, number of papers, number of elements and most important (to me a least); How do I make every kit unique, what should be added except for papers and some type of fasteners or frames?
This is something I have to struggle with every single time I make a kit. Is it too big? too small?? do I have something that "stands out" in this kit? Do I have cute elements to match this kit BUT versatile enough to use with other kits as well?? These are questions asked at least twice for every kit I make!
So now, I'd love to get your opinion. What would you like to see in the kits and in the freebies? Would you like samples of the kits I make as freebies, or should it be add ons that I didn't let in on the main kit, but still made to match it? Or do you want QP's from the kits?? Would you like some embies like you get today (yes, you WILL get a freebie, soon, be patient, hehe) for example border things, beads, alphas glittery shapes, stickers or wordart..please let me know ok?
I will also try to start giving away CU freebies, as I am aware how much I aprecciate those myself! I may be back later today to post one actually, but first, I have got to make it..*lol*

Lo's I made from my new kits!

Hi again.. I forgot to post the new lo's I did from the puppy kits and the brand new Having Fun kit.. Here they are:

This is Axa, my former dog that passed away in August 1996.
I used the Puppy Girl kit to scrap her.

This is Nemo, the dog my boyfriend and I share at the moment..*lol* Also a German Shepherd dog, also very sweet and nice, and scrapped with the Puppy Boy Kit.
Pics were taken about a week ago by me.

Last but not least, I made a lo from my new kit, and here it is:

It's me, my neighbour's son and my son plus my neighbour having a bbq picnic the other week.. Lots of fun and yummy food!

Me, I've spent the day (and last night) making you a new kit!
I call it Having fun, since it looks pretty much like fun to me. Here are the previews:

I went over to our new FORUM (link to the top right) and found a post by Tikespoodles, aka Tara. She suggested something for puppies, and I tried to make something, I really hope there will be someone that can use a kit like the ones I made. One for the boys, and one for the girls.

Here they are:

This is the latest kit, I made it tonight. Adorable Blues is a pretty kit with springlooking colors and a variety of items, some wordart and kitty items, mixed with some cardboard and metallic looking frames.. The papers have small patterns with flowers, circles and stripes, but also bigger ones like hearts, plaids and waves, plus solids! 14 papers and 17 different embies in this kit.

This is Cen's Colors, named after June aka Cen who inspired me to make this kit from her Colorchallenge on her blog. This was made today!! 12 papers and 18 embies here!

This is the New Spring kit with TONS of pretty items! Stickers, wrapped frames and tulips are just some examples of the items in the kit! 19 papers and 37 embies in this kit!

And this is the Mommy's Heart Kit. It has some cute sunglasses, roses and pretty starry bows plus nice heartpatterned papers in the paperpack! 11 papers and 23 embies in the kit!

Another New kit..Mommy's Heart!

I have been playing!!
Since I know I can't be at the computer very much thursday and friday, I've played a lot tonight, and I made another kit, if anyone is interested..*lol*
I also made some lo's lately, that I haven't showed off yet, so here they are first:
Here's one I made from Junes latest kit, Monet's Garden. I love the bright colors in this kit, and I had lots of fun when I made this one!!

This one is made from the kit I am about to present to you, Mommy's Heart, plus the one I made before, New Spring.. I took some pics of Nemo today on our walk.. or ok, I took over 80 pics, but anyway.. I think these illustrate how much we (he) enjoyed the April Sun today!

Here's a layout I made from two of Karels newest kits, I'm in the army now and Chicken Scratch. I had lots of fun making this one!!

Here's another one I made from Karels newer kit Feelin' Froggy. (I know, we have a kit called that too..*lol*) I thought of her immediately since she's such a froglover, hehe. I love this pic of Lea, and I'm very happy that she liked my layout (she said she did..*lol*)

I also made this little thing from the previous kit, New Spring. I adore the little friendly bird..*lol* And Lucas looks like he might need a friend in that HUUGE tunnel, haha.

Booland Designs Boo makes such terrific kits and freebies.. A great resource and even though I have only collected her freebies, she inspires me when it comes to making kits and what to add to them. A great blog!!

Lorie M Designs Lorie makes WONDERFUL kits and is a great inspiration to me as a designer, she's also a very nice person and a talanted scrapper. So prettylo's, so pretty kits, what else can I say? :o)

Tragedy Anne Kat is a really nice person, and I can't belive her abilities to find the time to be in all her CT's.. she seems to have taken some away, but there was a time when she was in about 12 CT's and she's a full time student as far as I know.. THAT's amazing! And now she's offering her services for us designers, in a very good way!
Kat is a true inspiration to me, and I bet she is to lots of others too..*lol*

Craftyaccents Karel makes SUPER sweet graphic kits.. It may take some time to adjust from the standard kits to her hand drawn ones, but they are OH SO PRETTY, and useful for lots more than just digiscrapping if you ask me!
She has also opened a printables part just now, so there's something for everyone over there..

I wanted to add more links, since there are LOTS of great ones out there, but these are my personal favorites ( especially Leaonna, but since she's in on this blog PLUS I know she too was nominated for this award, I feel like these people deserve to be showed off!!)

Silly Cheap!

Hi there,
Since Peter is on a combat exercise at his work, he is not able to put this new kit in the store right now, but it will be placed there when he gets back. But as for now, you can email me if you want to buy the "New Spring Kit", it's so cheap it's silly, hehe. There's a paperpack of 20 papers included in it, and they look like this:

7 papers have a cat bathing in tulips, 4 papers have thin stripes and the tulipcat in different sizes and colors, and then there are 4 papers with a small swirly pattern and to finish it all up, there are 4 solid papers.
These alone should be $2..*lol* but now they are a part of the kit.
Over to the elements, they look like this:

It's a LOT in this kit, so here's a list of the items included:

This is my old cat, Knasen, last summer. He's still alive and kicking at the age of 8.. My former neighbour got him since he didn't like to move from my old place ;o)

This is Lucas last summer, both pics were taken when he was tired and wanted to rest.. but even though it's the same situation, the expression is nowhere near to similar..*lol*

I added some text and a bookplate to one of them to make the layout "mine".
So here you are, a tip if you like QP's, head over to Michelle and get lots of them!

Hey all..
I am sorry I haven't been here as much as I thought I would.. but now I am!!
And I bring goodies, after all it IS wednesday ;o)
Soo.. I was at the Tuesday Chat with June over at SDK last night, and I got some ideas on how to improve and/or change my creative process and improve my lo's.
I also got a nice attendance gift from June, a Paperpack. And since I haven't made that many paperpacks, I thought I'd practice a little on those.. Therefor I give you not one but TWO paperpacks today!

This is one I made just now using the paperpack I got forattending Junes tuesday chat over at SDK last night. I also used some items from her kit Ingeborg's garden..
Here's a pic of Lucas two weeks ago playing at Peter's.. I used some freebies from June to make this lo.. I think it turned out pretty cool..*lol*

So it's time to see if anyone's up for some challenges. Starting right now, you may enter one or several or even ALL the challenges by sending me the layout you made via email to Nexa79@hotmail.com

If you participate in ALL THE CHALLENGES, you will recieve a free collabkit from us as soon as it's finished, it's made by me, Leaonna and Tracy aka Lattedah Designs. It will be yours when we add it to the store, around April 20th. The kit has a spring theme and bright colors, and so farit's looking really pretty ;o)

The time limit is the same one for all the challenges. April 13th is the last day. April 14th I will check out the albums and if there are a lot of participaters in the Kit and Color Challenges, then I will set up the layouts for the Scrapoholic group members to vote. The voting will be going on for three days. April 17th is the last day. April 18th I will announce the winner who will win three free kits and/or actions or styles from any of the Scrapoholic Stores.

So.. Here are the different Challenges:

Sketch Challenge:
You need to look at the sketch I made and be inspired to make a layout from it. It is NOT a template, and you can save it by clicking the image and then right-click and save as... Open it, have a look and start having some fun!
You do NOT need to use any certain kits, items or colors in this challenge. Just simply be inspired by the layout and try to use the same shapes or similar ones, and that's it!
When you're finished, please send me a copy of the lo with name and email and credits for the designers of the kit(s) since I plan to publish some of the lo's after the challenges are closed.

Here's the sketch I want you to use:

THE GIFT FOR TAKING PART IN THIS CHALLENGE IS THIS:

This is my Bee kit with 1 double frame, 2 beelines, 1 bee wave, 1 flower and 5 papers. Hope you like it :o) It will be sent out to all of you who send me a layout.

This challenge is one where you get a kit instantly to use in the challenge. You may use other items from the Scrapoholic Designs kits and freebies, but the given freebiekit has got to be used too.

The kit you should use in this challenge is this:

It's a spring kit with 6 papers, 3 gemstones, 2 flowers, 1 frame and 1 flower wave.

News update

Hi all..
Ok, I know I have been away a lot lately, and I'm sorry about that. Something happened in my private life and it has had a huge effect on me and so I'm not all that into scrapping and designing since I have a lot on my mind right now.. But after all I do have some obligations as a CT member, and so I've tried to make some lo's.
About the bingo game I announced that should start today.. there hasn't been a very big interest in getting in the game, and so I decided to call it off for now.
The cybercrop will still be the upcoming weekend, and it has some challenges, not as many as I first figured I'd have, since I haven't been able to make enough items, but my darling CT members Michelle and Cindi has helped me out by making BB's and minikits and an alpha as participation gifts.. And I'll add some more during the week too, I'll post wednesday with the total announcement and the list of challenges and prizes and so on..

Well, here's the lo's I've made since the last post I made.. Leaonna has been here more than I have lately..*lol*

Here's a lo I made from Karel's super cute freebie Spring teddies. A really cute kit!!

Here's a little lo I made from June's freebie Lilly's Fancy. The lips is from a dingbat called KR Lippy, and the wordart is made by me...

Hi again.
I did some more scrapping, and here it is:
This is Lucas at his Dayvare Pic for 2007. I jst got it scanned, but it's from Oct last year.. moving fast, don't ya think? *lmao* I used a kit from michelle over at Craftyscraps, be sure to check out her blog there will be some exciting stuff going on from April 1st!! Don't miss it!!!

I also help the people that owns the horses I ride to make a homepage, and I made some kind of "light layouts" for the horses page.. they turned out like this..
Since the site they have is in swedish, so is the layouts.. emeans father, f means born and u means mother. It is Hera's mom on the right and her dad on the left, all the top pictures are Hera.
This is Lyster, and since I didn't have any pics of his parents, I used some different ones of him showing his versatility ;o)

And here's Tella's pedigree, with her parents on it.
I made the paper, and I kinda like it, so it'll probably be in a kit I'm making with Leaonna and Tracy from our Ct. But it's still a work in progress, first I'll ive you a freebie and a storekit from Tracy!! She's the April Guest designer of Scrapoholi Designs!!

Hi there,
I have been away, Lucas is very on and off all the time, gets well a day or two, then sick, then well and sick and so on and on..*lol* Well, anyway, I scrapped a little tonight, and here's what I came up with:
This is a pic I have been looking for for quite some time, but I found it just today, finally..*lol* I made this lo to enter the weekly challenge over at Cen's Loft, I just LOVE the participation gift paper pack, hehe.
I used some different freebies from Junes earlier freebiekits (available on her blog by looking way back in time..)
Here's Peter and Nemo waiting for the Easter Dinner this year. I made this lo using some of the freebies Karel at Craftyaccents made, some is from her Easter Freebie and the red and black parts are from her latest Friends freebie Really cute!

And here's a layout I made from the new freebie over at Craftyscraps. Michelle has been super busy and will soon be opening a new store (april 1st) and while we're waiting we got this super cute freebie to play with! I love the colors!! The pic is taken today, someone has messed up the spring and the winter around here.. first we had no winter, then lots of spring, but then we got WINTER IG TIME here two days ago ;o) Lucas made his first ever snowman, and posed with it! That's why I used this pic, hehe.

Just a quickie layout I wanna show you..

Hey there, I'm going to bed, but before I do, I just HAVE to show off the latest layout I made since I got access to June's latest kit called Graffiti kit. I like this kit, pretty colors and bright but absolutely not impossible to make a "quiet" layout anyway, thanks to the solid papers ;o)
I scrapped my cousin Jörgen, or "negge" as he calls himself.. He is very into graffiti style stuff, and what kit could be better to scrap him with than this then? *lmao*

A little freebie for you..

Hey there,
I hope you have had a great easter, I had a good one, but I'm tired..*lol* I was supposed to put this freebie up before easter, but I had too much to do, so I decided to wait and upload later.. and here it is. I hope you like it it's an alpha and some frames I made from ricracs..
The alpha is all in one document, and so you need to cut the letter you want from the sheet, then copy it or cut it to your document, and then go back to the alpha again and take the next one.. so remember NOT TO SAVE the alpha after you cutthe letter you want, or you'll have to go get it all over again..*lol*
I sure hope you'll like this little gift.. there will be more gifts coming up soon..
We'll start having a Guest Designer on the site, and we'll start off with Tracy from our CT. She's really talented, and if you haven't already seen her blog you should go there asap!!

Happy Easter

Hey all,
I've been scrapping a little and uploaded to galleries but I haven't showed it off here yet, and so I thought I might show my latest creations here since I found a couple of minutes now..
I have made some new layouts, and they look like this: This is Lucas playing Hide and seek a week ago ;o)
I used a freebie from Kim Smith Designs over at SDK.

This is made from a pic I took the same day as the above photos of Lucas.. I used a kit freebie from Doreen Stoltz available in her SDK store and added a little ribbon from a kit of hers that I recolored to fit the layout better.
Here is what I made from the chat giftkit I recieved for chatting last week at SDK. The kit is made by June Schutrups. The pics were taken last year in september.

Here is a layout with Lucas when he got a racingtrack to play with from his grandparents. He just loved it and never seemed to care that the cars went all over the place.. He went under chairs and tables to get them ;o)
I used a kit from Lorie M Designs over at SDK to make this lo.

This is a lo I made from Leaonna's cool kit "Kiss me I'm Irish". It's available in the store :o) I also used the freebie you'll get soon, this is kind of a preview of the frames I'll give o you, hehe. Pics were taken three weeks ago.

Here's what I've made from Herald's freebie from her kit Bold and sassy. The pics were taken last year in september ;o)

Herald made a cue kit For the Boys, and I grabbed her sample on her blog, and made this lo from it.. i just love the colors..*lol* I also used another freebie of hers, a paperpack. The pics are two years old , but Lucas never changes his appearance that much, haha..

Tracy in our CT..

HI there!
Today I'll post something that I'm very proud of. But it's not me, not Leaonna and not Scrapoholic kits. But it is a Scrapoholic CT member!
Tracy has been a CT member for me since I was "Nexa design" and all alone. She has been really good to me in every way, making WONDERFUL layouts form my kits, and later on with our kits. She claims to be a newbie, but if you're not aware of that, you wouldn't think it!

Tracy has been the most loyal member of my CT, besides from Leaonna my bestie and co-designer at Scrapoholic Designs.
She started out like me a while ago, asking questions about making Quickpages, and from there she all of a sudden has developed some true skills!! She asked a few questions after the QP's but she has tought herself VERY well, and now she's also in June's CT, doing even more amazing layouts!
But that's not all, she started making freebies, and so far this the latest one is my all time favorite! PRETTY colors, nice accents and useable shapes and great papers.. I just LOVE the freebie she put on her blog called Spring Stitches. Here's a preview:

She has also agreed to become a Guest Designer here later on, and I'm very excited to see what we come up with, I'm SO looking forward to having her in the store and on the blog!!
I scrapped a lo using Tracys Spring Stitches freebie, and I loved every minute of it! Here's what I made:

LO of the Day at SDK and a freebie..

Hey there people..
I'm kinda tired, my neighbors have been fighting all night long and so I wasn't really able to sleep, but it brought something good, it brougt me doing a litte freebie for you all and another layout too..
Seems like I've been a real scrapoholic this past week, huh? *lol*
Well it's a lot of fun, let me tell you!
The layout that got to be Layout of the Day over at Scrappindigikreations.com is this one:
It was chosen by Sammy D, the owner, and I feel really happy since I have never been choosen to anything like that before ;o) Thank you, Sammy!

I also scrapped a lo last night and it is made from diferent items from freebies and kits made by June/Cen's Loft. It ended up like this:
I call it "All I am", since it has a "list" of qualities I think Lucas has.. or is.. hmm. Not easy being a swede, haha.
Well anyway, I used the Go Wild kit, the Faded Beauty kit and some items from earlier freebies on her blog. Thanks for making so pretty stuff, June! I especially love the Ziggypaper I got for taking part in the challenge. (the green backgroundpaper)

Finally, I have been testing an action for another designer over at Scrappindigikreations, Herald. She makes some awesome actions, and this one lets you create four papers by adding four premade papers and then it makes wavy zigzag lines on the papers. Really cool and very easy. Thank you to Herald for letting me use the action to make the freebie!

Did some scrapping this weekend

Hey there.
I really didn't think I'd find time to scrap this weekend, but Lucas has been doing a lot better the last 24 hours or so, and so I have been speed'scrapping..*lol*
Last night I made 3 new lo's and I just finished off another one.. have a look:
Here's one I did from Karel's commercial kit Happy Hearts. A really cute kit if you ask me, but I am also very into hearts..*lol*

Here's the one I just finished, also a Karel-kit ;o)
I made it from the kit A Polkadot Spring, I just love the soft colors.. and the heart I used as a talking bubble is not transformed in any way, except for the size.. they are really cute!

This is Lucas yesterday afternoon by the sea I have always went to for a swim during my childhood.. He looked at some swans and triedto feed them, but they were too shy ;o) The kit I used is called Fabulous Days and is made by G Dupus over at Scrappindigikreations.com and I just love how the colors in the papers and embies goes with the ones in the pics.. This was made in max 10 minutes, and I'm actually having this as my personal favorite for some reason, hehe.

If the lo above was my personal favorite layout, then this is my personal favorite PERSON..*lol* Lea aka Leaonna is my bestie online, always very generous, caring, warm and sweet. She's tought me a lot and is always there to help out, she's fantastic! I have wanted to do this bestie layout for some time now, but I had to get some pics from her first, and when I saw this pic I knew at once I'd be using the kit Daisy Days from Sammy D Designs over at Scrappindigikreations.com since the olors match her own colors (eyes and hair) so well.. I hope you like this, I know I do!

Hi again.. I just wanted to post the new lo's I've made I'm kinda happy with them actually..*lol* Here they are:
This is made for a challenge over at Cens loft, June provides a template freebie and you make a lo using the template. In exchange you get a really cool kit ;o) This is made from the freebie 100 days of freebies from Booland designs.

This is my son at his very first Midsummers celebration. That's a tradition we have in sweden, usually in the middle of June, at the day when day and night is the exact same length.. I used the kit Fruit Fun by Michelle @craftyscraps. A really cute one ;o)

Weekly Freebie!!

Good morning, good day, good night.. who ever you are, where ever you are, it's nice to have you here! ME, I am in Sweden, so most of you are probably still asleep when I post this. That's the great thing about living in a different timezone.. I usually don't have to stress to get the freebie on the "right day", since MY wednesday starts HOURS before the american one does..*lol*

I'll start off by showing you something I made this morning.. (ok, it's not even lunch here so I still consider it morning but still..)
Karel over at Craftyaccents has a fun Easter egg hunt going on, you get a freebie item for every egg you find, and I was OH so BLIND when I went hunting, I thought the eggs would be big since the example egg on the frontpage is, but NO.. look for small ones! I managed to find them all, and I just LOVE the contense in the files. (12 eggs, 12 files PLUS a freebie easter kit btw). Here's what I did:
This is my son at his first-ever easter celebration at age 4,5 months! HE was a little baldie back then compared to now, hehe.. but to be honest, it's just the light on the pics, he had plenty of hair.. but light hair!

I also made another ayout using a freebie from Karel called Daisy Daze.. you can still grab it on her blog. Looks like this:
The pic was taken when my mom did some planting in the garden and Lucas helped out.. or tried at least ;o) Me, I'm not into gardening at all, flowers just keep dying on me, soI prefer taking the pics!

Ok.. that's the ayout part.. There are more below this post, check them out!!
And now on to todays freebie.. I made a layout to get started, it't not that simple sometimes, but I think this turned out kinda nice in the end. I used Laonna's stacking action to arrange the papers, this is becoming an alltime favorite for me..*lol*
Here's the preview of the freebie I call Easter Spring (to me the colors remind me of easter.. purple yellow and green at least.. brown is an all time color, hehe)
The frames are made with Leaonna's Glitter styles ;o) Aren't they PRETTY? I love it!! **They are available in our store under Scrapoholic Kits. **

Hey all..
Since I am behind in my scrapping, I decided to make some more lo's and at the same time I made some items that I will give you as a freebie tomorrow, hope that's ok?
Here you go.. My lo's!
This is my grandpa's brotehr that also is my neighbour. Since he's a lookalike to my grandpa who has been dead for 12 years, I decided to scrap him, I don't have any pics of my grandpa.. I used the kit A la Folie by G Dupus over at SDK..
This is Fjalar, he helps out when the owner of Lyster and Hera is a horse short for some reason. He is also the father of my previous horse Selene ;o)
I used Leaonna's kit Feelin Lucky plus I madesome items for the freebie and used here..
Here's a tribute layout I made since I'm such a HUUUUGE fan of Janet Evanovich and her books about Stephanie Plum.. I used a kit called Bear Hugs made by Karel at Craftyaccents.com.
And finally I made a lo just minutes ago with a pic of me and a former horse of mine, Moon Walk. This pic was taken ten years ago, so this is me at age 18 (becoming 19).. aahh the days of youth..*lol*
Well, I made some items for this lo and they will also be included in tomorrow's freebie, hehe.

Finally a new freebie..

Ok so I tried to shape up and made you a freebie.. FINALLY, huh? *lol*
But first I'd like to show you some lo's I made before I made your freebie..comments are always nice ;o)
This one I made from a freebie I recieved from June for taking part in her friday-chat over at the Scrappindigikreations forum (if you want in just join the forum and click "chat" friday nights at 9.30 GMT time). I made the heart ribbon thingy myself, and borrowed the pics from the internet, but hey, I did the lo..*lol*
This is made from a kit made by Karel over at Crafty Accents, and it's called Luck of the Irish.. The horse is Victory Tilly, a famous swedish harness racer, and one of the horses I used to groom WAY back in time.. if only for a short period of time, but stilll..*lol*

Well, anyway, I guess this is what you've REALLY been waiting for, huh?

I'm getting back there..

Hi all..
I am slowly getting back to my old self again, hehe.. I'm gonna try to make this a short post, I need to go to bed, because tomorrow is a "horseday".. I'm gonna try to get Hera to behave, she really DIDN'T last time, hehe.. she's a "tester" meaning she "tests" me if I'm gonna be scared of her if she runs towards me, if I'll be holding her if she tries to rise up, if I'll let her go if she tries to run away and so on and on.. she's a handfull, but it's kinda fun that she's not all that easy to handle.. Her uncle Titus is SOOO easy! *lol*
Anyway, I'm moving away from the subject here, sorry.. *lol*
I tried to scrap since I got my mouse to co operate again, and I made two more lo's tonight. One is from Tracy's freebiekit Neon Beads. It's a BRIGHT freebie, but oh so pretty, I can't belive she's a NEWBIE designer!!
Anyway, I joined the fun on Junes weekly challenge by using Tracys freebie and adding some of the cardboard elements that June has as a freebie on her blog so you can use them in the challenge. I had to recolor since I think cardboard is such a boring material..*lmao* but it's there!
Here's the lo I made.. no horses or cats or dogs.. but some cool Giraffes!
I have the left picture as a poster in my livingroom, haha :o) I just LOOOVE that one. It says "The first kiss" under the pic on the poster.

I also made a lo using some old photos of Tella and her mom, she was just 24 hours when I took the first pic of them ;o) I used the Scrapoholic's Spring horse kits. Here's the lo:
Isn't that just sweet? *lol* She was all yellow, haha. Now she's turning brown! But still pretty I think, and OH SO CALM and LOVES to be with people and make someone HAPPY! No fuzz from this young lady, so far, hehe..
I just hope Hera won't teach her a lot of stupid behaviours, hmm..
Well that's what I had for you tonight. Peter will be here tomorrow and he said he'll bring me another laptop instead of this one, since it's been a pain in the ***.. *lol*

Things never turn out the way you think..

Hey all..
Sorry I haven't been around for some time.. there has been LOTS of things going on, from messy computers to a lack of inspiration. It's better now though
But first of all I'd love to show you the layout I made.. it's the VERY FIRST lo I made on this computer, and it was really hard since I'm used to cs2 and now I have cs3, and my mouse is acting all weird, I have to "search" for the right place to click and so on.. takes me forever, but the MAKING of this lo was like 10 minutes..*lol* the PLACING took me about 30 minutes or so, haha.
Here it is:
I used the pic I recieved in one of all those forward me-emails I recieve.. this was really cute, and it is a symbol for me, as I used to live under death threat for about two years, adn I thought all I ever did was pray to get thru the day alive.. A hard time, but I think the layout turned out pretty.. I used the Faded Beauty kit from Cen's Loft
some items are from the actual kit, some are from the freebie on the blog, and some are from the chat freebie I recieved :o) I love the colors in this kit, June aka Census/Cen is the WIZ when it comes to picking out great colors! I got the inspiration to scrap this type of lo from an article she wrote about scrapping "alternative subjects".. here's the link to her article, a really good one if you ask me!

I recieved a GREAT lo from Tracy in our CT, using the Spring Horse kits.. I love it and I usually don't sjow off the CT layouts here, but I thought i'd try to start doing that if I get them, since everything has gotten delayed because of the computer problems, we were supposed to make some changes to the site this weekend, but we didn't.. too busy just getting the computers to even work! I think I have a bad computer karma, haha..
Well, have a look at the lo tracy made, and don't forget to have a look on her blog too, she's started creating herself too, and she has some really nice freebies on her blog!! I grabbed mine ;o)

Tomorrow I'll take away the February Blog Freebies and make them into a HUGE kit! The kit will get some extra additions and go into the store.. Price? $3. 00
I will NOT include the freebie I add now in the megakit, since today is the last day of February, and so I'll let today's freebie stay available in March too.
Today is Friday, Judging day in the Scrapoholic Challenge#3 where you were supposed to use a given minikit and add other items we made if you liked to, and make a lo.

We have some lo's posted in the group homepage gallery, and I'll give you some more time since today will be a very busy day for me.. You'll get until tonight to post the lo's if you want to enter, ok? Remember, there's a $3.00 Gift certificate for the winner.

Today's Freebie then.. Well I started out making items for a Challenge Layout for Cen's Loft, where you are supposed to bring in a given shape into the layout.
I made a kit, since I didn't feel that I had a good one available to go with the pictures I scrapped.. That's the beauty of being a designer, you can make your own kits to go with the lo you wanna make :o)

It has 3 papers, 3 ribbons, 4 buttons, 1 circle paper with a heart border and 2 double ricracs. Nothhing fancy, but still good enough to make a lo, obviously..*lol* If you like it, you can get it here!

Well, I don't have more time, need to get my son to his Daycare now, after that I'm of to a meeting and after that.. laundry and cleaning, YAY..NOT! I'd prefer making more kits.. but ok.. this week there has been no less than 8 additions to the store, so I guess I relax a little, huh?

Hi there,
I know, I should be asleep, but I got stuck in front of this lovely machine again, hehe.. No wonder I'm tired all day long, huh?
Well, I think it's worth it, since I made some goodies for the horselovers around here..
I made some more glossy looking horses for all the people that love scrapping horses! So far I know about me and Erica, haha.. and Tracy did a couple of BEAUTIFUL lo's a while back in time too. But after that.. nope. I haven't seen any.. Me, I have to scrap horses, since they are always where my camera is..*lol* but I DID actually make some lo's with other stuff than animal these last couple of days. Aliens and kids.. how about that?
Well, I will stop blabbing and let you see what I made for you, it'll go into the store when ever Peter can put it in.. soon! Hopefully I will be able to make something more before he gets his hands on this.. so much more fun to add a lot while I'm at it..

New kits..for horselovers!

Hey all!

I hope you're looking on the site on a regular basis so you won't miss the new stuff?
I was the one having problems last week, and Leaonna was in an overdrive and made some cool styles, and other items..
Now when I have a great computer again, SHE is the one with the computer problems and I feel soo sory for her..

I had to think long and hard before I made the desicion to post what I have made so far, since I'm still under the pressure from people to make things, and since I was unable to scrap and design at all last week, I'm running "behind".
So I had to think.. I'm meeting with the people that decides if I can or can not keep designing this friday..
I have to be able to show SOMETHING I made, and so I decided to post the horsey kits I made.
The colors I used are very much "spring" for me, and that's the reason I named it Horse Spring Kit 1 &2.

Here's Horse Spring Kit 1:

It has 6 papers, 1 eyelet criss cross, 2 frames, 2 gemstone brads, 3 knotted ribbons, 1 flower with a gemstone and 2 horse shoe buttons.

Here's Horse Spring Kit2:

This one has just 4 papers, but more embellishments instead:

Hi there,
I just thought I'd remind you all to snag the freebies NOW and pass it on to your scrapping friends so they can get them asap too, 'cause on March 1st most of them will be going into the STORE instead, all together in a MIXED MEGAKIT, among with some other goodies that we haven't published. It'll be pretty cheap, but it won't be for free.. *lol*
This is done so it'll be easy to find the freebie you want, and it's a lot easier on us too!
Every 1st in a new month, the old freebies will be colleted and saved all together in a HUUUGE kit with extra goodies, and goes to the store. That way you can still get it if you missed it. But it also makes room for the new freebies!

Hey all,
First, I have a sad thing to report. Or well, maybe not so sad for you, but for me!
My computer is dying on me, all I can do is post and answer emails and download, because my Photoshop Cs2 died on me totally, so I'm feeling really handicapped, unable to scrap or design until Friday when I go to Peter, my boyfriend aka our webmaster.. He has lots of computers, and I hope I can talk him into lending me one of his laptops so I can continue my scrapping and designing at home after the weekend.. There is a catch to the laptop, it is not his, and it may be needed within 24 hours, so I guess I'll have to be prepared to go and leave it if necessary, but that's a price I can pay to have the ability to continue designing and scrapping, since I am doing it full time.. or at least I am supposed to!
It was a really fortunate situation this time I guess, since I sat down two days ago and played around with some new styles we're gonna put into the store soon, and I sent all the stuff I made over to Leaonna, and so she already had it, and she has kindly agreed to make a preview since my Cs2 won't even open up anymore and allow me to make a prewiew.. :o(
Now, this may not sound like a terrible thing, and so far it isn't really that bad, since we've been able to solve the preview thing.. But now I can't contribute to the new kits we were supposed to make this week and I'd love to.. I have got some really neat actions and templates, styles and other great tools.. and all of a sudden I can't use it!
SO.. from now on I'll be handicapped.. officially..*lol* I will still be able to read my emails and so on, and so I will be able to participate in the group conversations.. and look at your blogs and stuff.. I can still download..so I will.
i hope you'll get the freebie!

Back home again!

Hey there,

Wow, we've passed 1000 visitors already!!! How cool is THAT? In 4 days, or well, less if I should be picky, since it's almost 1200 now.. *lol*

I added a button to our site on the right hand site, so it'll be even easier for you all to find your way to the site where all the kits are in our store, and we also introduce the CT members and ourselves there, plus you can see some of our lo's and the CT members work too, plus we might add a tutorial section later on if people are interested. Freebies are also posted in the site (there's one over there that is NOT posted in this blog, go check it out..) and why not check out the possibility to join our Club? If you like our creations and want lots of kits, it can be expensive, but if you join the club, you can download ALL OF MY KITS AND ALL THE KITS UNDER SCRAPOHOLIC KITS for 30 days. Leaonna didn't want to offer that deal on her kits but one we get more commercial use items in the store and afer we added styles and actions, there will be another membership and I think her stuff will be included in that deal.. But that's later on! For now, you can have about 20kits for $15, that's less than a dollar each. If that's not cheap, then I really don't know what it ;o)

Next kit for us is a Horse kit, we started planning that like three weeks ago, but then we got all into froggys and babys..*lol* and after that I belive there will be a cute kitty kit *by request* and since I think I've developed my skills as a designer, I will try to make new and improved Dog Breed kits and add to the store under my own name. This may take some time since I have lots of scrapping to do too, but I thought I'd tell you about the plans. They may change, but for now, that's what we're aiming for..*lol*

The goal is to make like two kits a week for the store, and I guess there may be times when we make some more, like last week, and times when we make less.. It is all a result of inspiration and requests, since we want to make you happy too!
Soo.. now I'm off to start a little tag-freebie for the people in my group. If you want it, please join! *lol* That's where you get the goodies!! Right now we have a challenge going on where you not only get some goodies to play with but you can also win a $3 gift certificate in our store . This challenge ends on february 29th Join the group (you get some freebies just for joining) and get the kit for the challenge, and join in on the fun!

This will have to be a quick post, have to get my son from his daycare soon, so I'll just throw in a quick prewiew of the new freebie I just finished up for you..*lol* I think most people that love kids or bunnies will like this one. Here it is:
I really don't know how the bent was made, I made the other one first, and left to answer the phone (I used an action) and then when I got back, there were TWO frames! Then I added the bunnies, really confused, but happy, now THAT's a TIMESAVER..*lmao* Someone inside my computer wanted you to have the bent frame as well, so i included it ;o)

Hey there all of you!
First, THANK YOU for all the visits on both the blog and the site on our first day. That's great, I never would have imagined so many people would wanna come here ;o)
Leaonna and I have been in an overdrive..*lol* and we have made you some upcoming kits, they are done and so on, but we need to get Peter (my sweetheart that makes the site for us) to get it into the store too.
He's Mr Patience himself..*lol* We keep changing our minds and getting new ideas and so on, and he just keeps doing as I ask him to.. no wonder I love him! Oh, Happy Valentines Day by the way!
